Happy Easter!

Sorry I haven't posted in a while, but Charlotte has been very busy. She is cruising along the furniture and attempting to stand unassisted. She has turned this into a fun game of standing on her own for 2 or 3 seconds, until she loses her balance, then flopping on top of Daddy with lots of laughter. She is really developing a sense of humor. She also enjoys walking in front of us as we hold her up by her hands (great for the back). Charlotte is eating anything we put in front of her....but her current favorites are strawberries and any kind if bread or pasta (especially ravioli). She has also mastered the sippy cup. Charlotte is imitating just about anything we do and a fair bit of what we say. She can now say ball, baby (sounds more like BeBe), clap (sounds like "ap" but is complete with clapping hands) and pop, as in 'Pop goes the weasel', a favorite. She loves music and has danced since a few days after we got home from China. What else can I say....she is an absolute joy!!

Happy Easter,
Chris, Karen and Charlotte

My little beautiful niece Charlotte,

Charlotte, these pictures were exactly what I needed to see today to make me smile. Wow! Are you getting big, or what? I can't wait to show your pictures to your big cousins Gianna and Jacquelyn when they come home from school today. I am glad that the Easter Bunny was able to hop over to your house in North Carolina, he visited us here in Massachusetts, too. Hugs and kisses,

Auntie Jill, Uncle Peter, Gianna and Jacquelyn

Hello Chris, Karen, and Charlotte,

What beautiful pictures!! After seeing Charlotte in person her pictures, which are beautiful, do not do her justice. So happy to read about her progress. Keep the updates coming.
Love you all and will see you soon.
