Two years to the day after starting the adoption process, we are overjoyed to announce the referral of our daughter Feng Shi Ci. We will name her Charlotte Grace ShiCi. She is currently being cared for at the Fengxin Welfare Institute in Jiangxi Province.

What a beautiful little girl! I can't tell you how we couldn't wait to see those pictures. Scott kept checking the website every hour. Congratulations! It's great to see Mom and Dad with their little girl. We can't wait to meet Charlotte!
